职位描述
工作内容：
- 负责内容架构，组织策划热点话题，策划活动，打造品牌社区栏目；
- 核心用户的挖掘和互动，维系社区活跃度，与用户互动和保持联系，制造感兴趣的话题；
- 对内容进行筛选分层，使优质内容得到充分曝光，把合适的内容推广给用户
- 深挖客户需求，定期策划线上活动，激发用户参与额度；
- 协助完成用户需求及行为分析、功能调研、专题策划、数据分析等工作
- 负责社区维护。
职位要求：
- 有社交推广经验，对社交应用模式熟悉；
- 热爱互联网，有志于从事社交行业；
- 有策划、文案、编辑等方面的工作或经验，良好的创新能力；爱逛论坛、贴吧
- 具备良好的人际沟通技巧、具有亲和力；思维活跃，积极乐观，工作细心，责任心强，具有较强团队合作精神；能接受挑战并承受一定工作压力。
