Job Description
The Business Development Officer is working from the Beijing office and is in charge of expanding and maintaining our network of Gi2C’s partner companies and ensuring suitable work placements for our overseas clients.
职位说明
1. 通过对外国实习生信息的评估，选择适合该实习生的实习岗位
Evaluate the prospective and the qualification of the intern， search the most potential internship offer to the interns.
2. 维护公司与合作企业之间的关系，及时与之保持良好的沟通，保证信息的及时更新。
Maintain good relationship with our host company which is has ability to hire foreign interns. Keep effective communication with them and update the newest recruitment information
3. 评估合作公司的需求，并独立发展新的合作伙伴。
Assess the need for host companies and establish new partnerships.
4. 出席各种宣传活动、展会、会议等。
Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, etc.
5. 对公司开发的新职位进行评估，选择合适的实习候选人。
Assess newly opened internship positions and find suitable candidates
职位要求：
1. 有相关人力资源、销售、营销专业者优先。
Background in HR, Sales, Marketing or a related field
2. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，会其他语言者优先。
Fluent in English, Reading/writing skills in one or more of the following: Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Korean or Japanese, are a plus
3. 善于与人沟通，亲和力强。
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. 良好的组织协调能力和团队协作精神。
Organized, customer-orientated, team player
5. 熟悉Office办公软件（Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook）
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
