职位职责：

1、负责制定公司产品发展战略，提出产品的具体推出方案、销售预测，提出产品未来市场分析、方向及发展规划（新产品的项目可行性分析、市场推广方案）；
2、负责编制并监督执行新产品上市计划及预算；
3、定期或不定期地组织对销售情况的分析和讨论；对同行业、客户、环境的调研；.组织公司产品和竞争对手产品在市场上销售情况的调查，综合客户的反馈意见，进行分析，撰写市场调查报告；
4、.组织编制市场策划案，并组织公司资源落实、实施，并监督实施效果；.指导制作各种宣传材料、产品说明书、销售支持材料等。
5、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
6、英文流利，可执行全英文邮件和英文电话会议。

Job Description
We are looking for a smart, talented and experienced marketing profession to join the Corporate Marketing Team at In this role, you will lead a small team to be responsible for Channel marketing, brand, online marketing and integrated marketing campaigns that shape audience perceptions and generate demand. - 50% of his/her time on developing and executing the engagement strategy and plan on channel marketing including channel development plan by leveraging Marketing Development Fund, co-marketing activities, leads generation program, etc. - The other 50% of his/her time as the team manager, driving and facilitating the development and execution of the integrated marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, enable sales force and generate demand.

Requirements/Qualifications (Education)
- Strong ability to influence and impact
- Strong project management skills
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Detail oriented work style
- At least 2-3 years of solid channel marketing experience in Distribution and Reseller Channel, preferably in technology marketing
- University degree
- Marketing agency experience considered a plus, but not required for this position
- Experience working at a large global multinational is also a positive
