职位描述

Summary:

The position is responsible for all aspects of reception desk and office administration duties for an office location and to perform any functions necessary for the daily office operations. And any task assign by Country DHR and her assign person.

本岗位主要负责前台接待、办公室日常行政事务,及其他区域人力资源总监及其指定人员安排的其他工作。

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Answer telephone, screen and direct calls. Answer multi-line telephone system and take messages or refer calls to the appropriate person(s),

接转电话。接听多线电话系统,记录留言信息,转接电话到指定人员

· Take and relay messages, provide information to callers

记录并转达留言信息,应答来访电话

· Greet and check in guests who are visit the office.Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

接待来访客人及信息登记。管理访客进出以确保办公室安全

· Ensure the guest is assigned to the appropriate associates of the office

引领来访客人至公司指定人员

· Prior to the meetings of Management team.

管理层会议的会议准备工作

· Organize conference and meeting room bookings.

协调会议室使用及预约

· Restock shelves in HR office and Reception areas with documents.

人力资源办公室及前台文件的管理

· Inventory office supplies and support supplies and place order for necessary items.

办公用品的采购及管理

· Compile and send reports to corporate, as required

根据要求填写发送相关工作报告

· Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of company; update the company key person contact list.

确保了解公司员工入离职信息,更新公司主要联系人员的通讯信息

· Provide general administrative and clerical support

提供其他的行政及文员支持

· Prepare correspondence and documents, which assign by Country DHR

完成其他区域人力资源总监交付的工作

· Schedule appointments, maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.

协调预约,维持日常预约信息管理

· control inventory relevant to reception area

前台整理及管理

· Tidy and maintain the reception area, monitor and maintain office equipment

确保前台及接待区域的干净整洁


Education and/or Experience:

· A Minimum of six months to one years related education and training/experience; plus business and/or administrative education

至少半年以上相关教育培训经理,商务或行政专业人员
