职位描述
职位职责：
1.负责公司对外宣传策略、项目活动媒体宣传方案的制定与执行监督，后期跟踪分析；
2.负责公司网站更新维护，内部资料撰写，宣传资料（PPT、宣传片、印刷品）的整体管理与优化；
3.负责企业形象、品牌形象、商业化包装的策划与实施；
4.协调并配合公司产品广告在相关媒体的宣传、市场活动等相关工作；
5.负责公关项目的策划、媒体关系的开拓与维护，建立并维护与主流媒体的沟通合作渠道；
6.负责组织和协调公司的各项文化及文体活动。
职位要求：
1、广告学、企业管理、营销策划或相关专业大学本科以上学历优先；
2、三年以上文案策划工作经验且有同等岗位经验；
3、有综合运用包括广告策划、软文宣传、公关活动等在内的各种营销方式进行市场宣传、品牌推广的能力；
4、熟悉各种设计软件的应用，设计功底扎实，较强的画面及文字表现能力，整体性强；
5、熟悉项目运营、策划流程，熟悉企业形象策划、品牌推广等工作并能有效的执行；
6、良好的管理理念和沟通能力，责任心强、知识面广、思维敏捷，具有良好的团队合作精神；
7、良好的英文口语和书写能力。
Marketing & PR Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for company publicity strategy, make and supervise media publicity program of project activity, track and analyze.
2. Maintains & update company website, compose internal date, holistic management and optimize publicity material(PPT, advertising video, publishment)
3. In charge of corporate image, brand image, plan implementation commercial packing.
4. Coordinate and cooperate company products advertisement, marketing activity etc.
5. PR services, explore and maintain media relation, establish and keep contact and cooperation with mainstream media.
6. Organization and coordinate the company’s culture and activities.
Quantifications:
1. Advertising business management marketing with a related bachelor or higher.
2. Above three years copywriter plans work experience and the same post background.
3. The ability of comprehensive application include advertising plan, advertorial, PR activities etc. all kinds of marketing method conduct market publicity ,brand promotion.
4. Be familiar with various kinds of design software, a solid groundwork in industrial design, Strong ability of picture and character, more holistic integrity.
5. Know well with project operation, service flow, familiar with corporate image plan, brand promotion etc. work also effective executed.
6. Good management idea and communication skills ,strong enterprise, wind knowledge, think quickly and good team work.
7. Capable to speak and write good English.
