职位描述
职位责任：
1.积极开拓国际及国内市场，联系国外客户，跟踪订单，并进行商务谈判与签订合同。
2．负责外贸定单的洽谈、单证审核、定单管理、运输、报关、收汇等。
3．负责对外贸定单的评估、跟踪、管理和风险控制。
4．负责外贸业务流程管理和风险控制。
5．负责所接定单的生产和货源，货物检验、商检报关等过程的跟踪，及时处理各环节出现的问题。
6．负责客户资料的整理，做好客户要求的及时反馈和处理。
国内外市场大宗商品市场行情信息整理、汇编；
7．公司操作货物信息数据录入、价格对比分析以及形成分析报告；
8. 公司进出口业务物流，包括租船、订舱，制单结汇及仓储等；
9．负责合同履行过程中紧急意外情况的妥善处理。
10. 其他辅助国际贸易经理的工作。
职位要求：
1. 10年以上国际贸易跟单工作经验，有制单结汇经验为佳；
2. 具备重型卡车及其零配件领域或石油化工行业相关工作经验尤佳；
3. 熟练掌握Word Excel和Powerpoint软件，熟练掌握Access更佳；
4. 有良好的英文口语和读写能力；
5. 工作勤奋，认真细致，沉稳踏实，事业心强，有团队合作精神，同时有独立工作及解决问题的能力。
Responsibilities:
1. Explore the international and domestic market, contact foreign customers, track order process business negotiation and sign contract.
2. Responsible for talk over with foreign trade order, examination documents, order management, transport, customs clearance, receipt of proceeds etc.
3. Estimate foreign trade order ,track management and risk control.
4. Foreign trade, business process management and risk control.
5. Responsible for make order product and supply of goods, track the inspection of goods, commodity inspection and customs declaration course, just in time.
6. Settle customer’s data, JIT and feedback customer’s request.
Settle assembly the bulk commodity of the international and domestic market quotation and information.
7. Entering information data of the production that company operation, price comparison and analysis and form the report.
8. Responsible for import and export business logistic, include chartering booking documents preparation for bank negotiation and storage etc.
9. Duly handle the emergency that in the process of the contract.
10. Assist to international trade manager the other work.
Quantifications;
1. Above ten years international trade work experience, have the experience documents for bank negotiation is priority.
2. Have heavy track and spare parts, territory or oil,chemica product work experience is much better.
3. Skilled in work excel , PowerPoint, software, master in Access is priority.
4. Capable to read and write good English and Mandarin.
5. Work hard, serious, reliable, strong enterprise, team-sprit and have the ability of independent solve the problem.
