Dear
National Technical Service Manager
Responsibilities：
1. Coordinate and execute yearly/quarterly/monthly technical service plan and market activities plan according to market demand from FAP-BU,train, coach and cordinate with technical service staff, offer technical train and support to clients and sales.
2. Cooperate with sale team to organization of exchange activities/forum for the key accounts and important seminar.
3. Offer diagnosis ,prevention and treatments advice or solution to clients when they get trouble in technical problems or diseases by on-farm services.
4. Keep contact with the experts of related scientific institution and university, get updated informations,to make full use of KOL and the resources, develop technical or research trial and provide professional value-added service to the customers.
5. Work with the FAP marketing team , provide business development proposal to FAP-BU, update the relating technical materials, collect market information and provide proposals for updating products and product portfolio.
6. Collect and analyze the production and technical information of the key accounts and offer development advice to sales and conduct technical sales. .
Requirements:
1. Education/Experience: Doctor degree, majored in Veterinary Medicine. At least 5 years working experience in relative function. . 2. Specific knowledge&skills: good product knowledge and profound technical background and English skills. 3. Good skill in leadership, communication, presetation, conflict management, interpersonel relationship and problem solving.
