职位描述
Manage supply chain daily operation of MS Pharmaceutical Distribution Co., Ltd with GSP licenses. Ensure all of the process compliance with GSP regulations and company policies.
Support BD department and business units to launch new products, new business models, new product categories etc. with timely deliverables.
Manage the projects of Medicine and Medical Device products' trading and distribution activities in China according to the regulations of Good Supply Practice (GSP)/Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for medicine and Medical Device products.
Develop and maintain the procedures for the business processes of above mentioned products’ sourcing, purchasing, receiving, storage, warehousing, transportation, shipping, post-sale service and etc.
Lead the sourcing of vendors who provide the service of above mentioned activities, including the vendor selection, qualification, business agreement and routine maintain by collaboration with related functions.
Manage operational performance of 3PL companies.
Support SAP project team to launch SAP system for Merck GSP Company.
Background:
More than 2 years of working experience of Supply Chain Management in multi-national pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or Distribution Company.
Masters in pharmacist, supply chain or logistics
Job specific Competencies & Skills:
Familiar with the related regulations of Good Supply Practice and Good Distribution Practice of pharmaceutical medicine and medical device products.
With working experience of Project Management, and working approach of effective and efficient cross-functional communication.
Fluent English in reading and written.
