Job Description:

1. Maintaining current clients, identify business opportunities and establish contact with prospects;

2. Completing the telephone counseling, check and reply to emails from customers, handle the customer payment orders within a timely manner;

3. Ensuring excellent relationships with suppliers, such as airline, insurance agents, visa agents, etc;

4. Translating documents according to the demand of department head;

5. Performing other duties as assigned from department head.

Requirements:

1. University degree preferred with at least 2 years travel industry experience;

2. Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written;

3. Have strong social capabilities, good team working spirit and strong independence.

岗位职责：

1. 维护现有客户，挖掘潜在客户，促成合作机会；

2. 及时高效地完成电话咨询、客户邮件回复及处理客户付款订单等日常工作；

3. 确保和航空公司、保险代理、签证代理等供应商保持良好的沟通合作关系；

4. 能根据部门负责人的要求完成文档翻译工作；

5. 完成部门负责人安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，至少2年以上的旅游行业工作经验；

2. 优秀的英语口语和书面沟通能力；

3. 良好的社交能力，善于团队合作，独立性强。
