1. being a bridge between a) revenue team and ordering process teams, and b) revenue team and business team (including sales, sales operation, support sales/operations, service and service operations)
2. track and follow up with updated corporate policy regarding revenue recognition, VSOE, pricing, system, process and etc.
3. fully understand the revenue recognition policy of software revenue and responsible for conducting quarterly VSOE analysis
4. track forecast report from Salesforce for all forecasted deals from all business lines through each quarter
5. perform forecast-to-actual reconciliation and analysis, on a basis of daily or multiple times a day (around quarter end), by creating and maintaining forecast bridge report.
6. summarize shipper, incomplete and deferral report and perform analysis to reach the actual up-to-date revenue record
7. support the revenue director with forecast-to-actual analysis during the meeting with sales management around quarter end
8. follow up with order processing team and sales/sales operation teams on status of large transaction from forecast
9. perform analysis on historical transactions to support revenue team in review deals in daily business
10. take other ad hoc revenue analysis, reporting and problem solving function
