职位描述：
1. 与产品经理，技术开发等部门密切合作，设计实现产品的用户界面优化；
2. 选择合适的展现层技术，设计和实现高交互性的用户界面，提升界面操作效率；
3. 保证用户界面具有一致界面风格，符合用户体验设计；
4. 对承载产品系统的网络、软件系统进行维护，监控运行情况，保证系统的正常运行；

应聘条件：
1. 对交互设计有较深的理解和成熟的案例者优先；
2. 熟悉各种网页复杂效果的实现，熟悉常见的浏览器的特点和限制，了解展现层和后台系统的集成；
3. 较好的沟通交流能力，可以正确的接收理解需求，并且很好的表达和传递自己的观察及研究结果；
4. 有搜索优化，客户端开发、用户行为分析、服务器运维经验者优先；
5. 英语良好。


Job Description:
1. Work closely with product manager and technology development department in order to design and implement the product with user interface optimization;
2. Select the appropriate presentation layer technology, design and implement highly interactive user interface as well as improve efficiency in interface operation;
3. Ensure consistency of user interface style and meet a criterion of user experience design;
4. Conduct equipments maintenance of network and software related to the products, monitoring and controlling running condition as well as ensure the normal operation of the system;

Desired skills & experience:
1. The candidate who can thoroughly understand interaction design and have successful experience will be preferred
2. Have an rich knowledge of various and complex of webpage effect, understand the characteristic and restriction of common browser, know well about presentation layer and back-end integrated system;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to proper understand clients needs and deliver own ideas, observation and findings precisely.
4. Relevant experiences in a similar role and the candidates who have experience in search optimization, client development, user behavior analysis and IT server are preferred;
5. Fluent in spoken and written English.
