职位描述：
1. 协助完成制定业务相关需求规划与优化方案的制定，并参与项目实施；同时跟进整体项目进展监控及资源调配工作；
2. 协助产品的策划、设计，编写产品设计说明书；
3. 提升产品体验，跟踪上线产品的用户反馈，优化算法及产品设计方案，推动提升产品质量，对用户满意度负责；

应聘条件：
1. 经济管理、工程学、心理学等相关专业本科以上学历，一年以上互联网工作经验，有移动互联网行业产品经验优先；
2. 有较好的产品规划方案编写经验；强烈的互联网用户需求意识和较强的需求挖掘、分析能力；
3. 有良好的解决方案意识和能力；
4. 有一定的IT、设计、市场等行业背景，熟悉有互联网或产品研发经验为佳；
5. 良好的沟通能力，学习能力和团队协作能力，责任心强，富有激情，能适应工作压力；
6. 具有一定文案编写能力，能熟练使用Word、PPT等常用Office软件；

Job Description:
1. Provide assistant to coordinate and schedule enterprise requirement planning and participate in establishing the optimization scheme and project implementation, follow-up the progress of project integration and resource allocation;
2. Assist product manager in carrying out product planning, design and compile product design specification;
3. Enhance the product experience, track the customers’ feedback, optimize algorithm and product design schemes, drive the product quality as well as in charge of user satisfaction;

Desired skills & experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Economic Management、System Engineering, Psychology etc, ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in internet enterprise and the candidate who has similar mobile internet experience will be preferred;
2. Have good compiling experience in product planning; strong consciousness of fierce internet users demand as well as possess requirement mining skill and analytical skill;
3. Ability to aware and address the project problem;
4. Familiar with IT、Design and Marketing, have profound knowledge of Mobile Internet and successful product development experience;
5. Successful candidates must be confident and at ease in a high end environment while possessing the interpersonal skill, learning skill, team corporation ability, strong sense of responsibility, passion to deliver our unique product and superior level of customer service;
6. Possess professional writing skill and proficiency in Microsoft Office such as World, PPT;
