Job Responsibilities:

Lead sales efforts in the region, serving as a senior contact to key clients and prospects

Build, manage and coach a team of regional sales professionals

Strategize, implement and execute the company’s advertising sales plan

Maintain and grow revenue from existing agency relationships, to meet or exceed sales goals in a managerial capacity

Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, identify new sales channels and prospects. Develop advertising products that integrate traditional TV and digital media to maximize revenue

Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, opportunity assessments, quarterly sales plans and activity reports to management

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in media / marketing or related discipline

Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in which 3 years in managerial level

Native Mandarin speaker, fluent English is a must

Good communication and presentation skills.

Successful track record in TV advertising sales and/or digital media sales. Candidate who has no digital medial sales experience will also be considered

Excellent relationships with the advertising community, including top-spending ad agencies and clients

A self-starter with great multi-tasking and organizational skills with a particular focus on customer service

Strong desire to learn, grow and manage in a fast growing and hectic start-up environment
