Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting and executing production plans based on directions and feedbacks from the directors’ team;
2. Responsible for drafting and monitoring production budgets;
3. Participate in casting, confirming shooting locations, and supervising set designs prior to shooting;
4. Provide assistance for on-site teams when necessary for smooth shooting.
Requirements:
1. Have relevant location resources and celebrity networks;
2. Have at least 3 years of work experience in the field;
3. Excellent communications and negotiation skills with an open mind and positive attitude;
4. Good time management skill and work ethics;
5. Good team player and be able to adapt to unexpected and difficult situations;
6. Experiences in production for web-based original programs a huge plus.
