Job Description:
1、Ensure and follow up office supplies
2、Be responsible for office administration, office supplies management, office equipment maintenance.
3、Use and management of conference rooms
4、Business travel support such as tickets booking, accommodation reservation and pick-up service etc..
5、Company Asset Management related work
6、Other administrative affairs.

Desired skills & experience:
1、Good command of English
2、Minimum 3 years of related experience
3、Human resources or administrative management class
4、Work, careful meticulous, serious and responsible, stressing efficiency, good at communication, have a sense of service, can work under pressure;
5、Skilled use of computers and other office equipment and office software.
