主要职责

·配合店铺经理管理下属团队员工并努力领导团队完成公司销售指标。

·与客人沟通，了解客户需求，努力提高客户满意度，反馈和处理客户意见和部分投诉。

·保证对客户的服务符合公司标准的

·推动和跟踪精品顾问提供的每日/每周/每月的销售来确保达成预算

·协助在店经理和副店经理管理日常店铺工作

任职要求

·专科或以上学历

·三年以上奢侈品行业销售经验

·具有良好的亲和力及销售能力

·较强的观察力和应变能力

·具备团队管理经验
