Job Resposibilities:
1.Setup and support a variety of computer hardware, software, networks and associated peripherals, including hardware and software installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrade
2.Answer user's query and service requests
3.Cooperation with other members of IT dept
4.Follow standards & procedures defined by the global IT group
5.Assist in IT assets management
6.Assist fixed assets physical check and management
7.Business application/system maintenance
8.Other tasks assigned by Supervising Manager
Requirements:
1 College Degree or above
2 Good command of English both in written and spoken
3 0~2 years working experience in a similar role
4 Initiative and have strong Ability to learn
5 Mature, pleasant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6 Confident, trustworthy and hardworking
7 Ability to work under pressure / Strong working responsibility and high integrity to company
