Major Responsibilities:

主要职责：

- to design, make and maintain press tools to fine tolerances to the required standard

设计、制造和保养工装夹具，使其达到所要求的精密公差

- to make and repair press tools by operating non-CNC milling machine and lathe

操作铣床（非数控）和普通车床制造和维修工装夹具

- to ensure adequate and timely supply of tooling for production

确保生产中充足和及时的工装设备供给

- to ensure the manufactured closing rings conforming to the latest drawings and specifications

确保紧固环产品符合最新的图纸及技术规格要求

- other tasks instructed by the company

Requirements:

任职要求：

- based in Changshu/Suzhou, with educational background in mechanical engineering (tooling and dieing) or relevant majors

工作地点为常熟/苏州，拥有机械工程（工具、模具）或相关专业背景

- with proven experience in designing, making and repairing press tools

拥有设计、制作和维修工装夹具的实际经验

- be proficient on non-CNC milling machines, lathes and tool-hardening processes

能够熟练操作铣床（非数控）、普通车床，熟悉模具热处理工艺

- be familiar with drawing software (Autocad, Solid Works) and able to work from technical drawings

熟悉绘图软件（Autocad, Solid Works），能够按图纸操作

- have basic understanding of English, be able to use English for simple communication

有英语基础，能用英语进行简单交流

- be able to work systematically, with team spirit and high sense of responsibility

工作条理清晰，具有团队意识和高度的责任心
