Job Posting Title : Qualification Engineer

Overview of the Position :
-To secure the quality of the equipments machines, Compact Blowers and Fillers manufactured in Beijing plant.
-To ensure the product is in accordance with the company’s standard
- Globally to contribute to the well satisfaction of Customers (External and Internal)
-To contribute to the “localization program” by performing the Product Qualification of the equipments, including:
1. Provide to Quality / Sourcing Departments the proper specifications of the component to localize
2. Build up a qualification plan for each localized component
3. To share the qualification plan with the various module owners based in product division
4. To follow-up and track the new components on the customer field
5. To analyze the test results and make “go-no go” decision for component release
6. To ensure the information system (SAP) is updated according to the qualification results
- To be responsible for the product release by verifying the equipments meet the specifications (speed, performance, safety…)
- To track and troubleshoot engineering issues related to assembly and machine operation.
- To participate in actions and programs aimed to improve the global performance of SIDEL Beijing (cost reduction, productivity, improvement…)

Education & Languages:
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
- Basic knowledge in Cad 3D system (Solid works, ProEnginner, Catia, AutoCAD) is a must.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills would be a must.
- Good capability of communication, and especially in documentation writings.
- Basic knowledge in ERP system as SAP would be a must.
- Knowledge in French or Italian language is a plus.

Professional Skills & Experience :
- Technical background in mechanical engineering and-or fluid dynamic engineering is a must.
- Ability to work on multi tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in team
- Availability to travel is requested
