Job title: Automation Engineer

MISSIONS:
- To execute the testing of Blowers and COMBI’s in the factory
- Responsible for electrical and PLC program test
- Participate it the FAT
- Identify potential or real risks with the equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study the mechanical aspects of the drawings and the Process Manual to understand the type of machine that has been assembled.
- Study and understand specific information relating to the aspects of the particular machine to be tested.
- Check the electrical system before machine test run.
- Fix electrical and PLC program problem during the testing.
- Ensure that each electrical part is correct and according to specifications, if not, to discuss with Electrical Leader and Quality Engineer for non-conformity correction.
- Prepares a Control Sheet and signs it for identification purposes and to ensure maintenance of quality
- Assist and execute in the testing of machines and participate in FAT
- Diagnose mechanical problems, establish solutions and execute updates in accordance with Engineering and Methods
- Process control on Equipment, Processing of bottles
- The responsibility shall include but not be limited to the above items.
- The responsibility shall be reviewed based on the practical business requirement of company.

PRE-REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Certificate/Diploma in Electrical or Automation Engineering
Experience: At least 3 years working experience in machinery manufacturing environment
Knowledge: Knowledge of the mechanical, piping and painting aspects of the assembly
English: English communication skill
