Multinational company in the energy sector, searching for Administration Support for our Beijing offices.
As administration support, will be responsible for administration support to Management and Director. Carrying out, selecting, preparing and generating all the documents and presentations for Management.
- Responsible for checking all documentation, invoices and presentations.
We require person with bachellors degree and experience of more than 5 years in similar positions.
