职位描述

岗位职责 Responsibilities:
1. Understand and accept the company culture, management requirements and sales related regulations
2. Execute the Key Account sales plan/sales development plan and activities and be overall responsible for sales result in the assigned target key account.
3. Provide the relevant market/accounts information in a professional way; Provide product knowledge/training industry solutions and after sales service, product information, and new product development etc. to the responsible key account.
4. Identify and develop potential from target key account for the company , try to get chance for quotation, organize cost calculation for quotation, make quotation, collect and analyze information of competitors and customers, business negotiation, win business
5. Visit target key account regularly, carry on the customer satisfaction investigation; get close to the customers, be good at listening attentively to the customer's demand, to feedback, tracking information of target key account in time, devoted to improving customer satisfaction, etc.
6. According to sales policy to control and monitor sales quotation (include special price and exceptional requests)
7. High cooperation with relevant Regional Sales Manager/Industry Manager to keep fully sales coverage of target key account
8. Responsible for cooperating with the Project Engineer/ Manager in activity to manage program, tracking and making commercial negotiation .
9. Provide various sales report and analysis report .Responsible for the customer archives management, improvethe management of key customer information system
10. Be overall responsible for the team members' performance and management, supervising salesman's job relatedactivities; jointly responsible for their development and maintain an excellent work force in line with thecompany's principles and policies.

岗位要求 Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above, preferable with electronic and electrical engineering, industrial automation relevant background.
2. Knowledge:Product Application, Area Sales Insight, Marketing and Basic Accounting
3. Good understanding about relevant projects' procedure,with good sense about market/competition "
4. At least 5 years in sales or marketing, in the related industry fields, among the 5 years,at least 1-2 years in managing key accounts and projects, Work experience in MNC;Familiar with Foxconn,Jabil,ASM, Samsung,Apple
5. CET 4, have good command in spoken,written and reading
6. Excellent in Excel and good command in Word,PPT and Windows
7. Authenticity, Willingness to Learn, Responsibility
8. Certifications (if applicable): PMP
