职位描述
Description of function:
1. Responsible for gathering information, tracking and reporting on seminar activities;
2. Call customers to invite customers to seminar
3. Handle all marketing materials and corporate gifts
4. Update weekly report to manager
5. Assist manager with other activities in event planning and other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirement :
1.2-3 years experience working in marketing/dept
2.Organized, initiative self-motivated and can work effectively under pressure;
3. Superior written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English, coupled with excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.
4.Preferable good in MS office especially Excel.
