Responsibilities:
1、Follow up the demand from production schedule, engineering and operation team to place P.O. for materials and some office supplies, track the open PO schedules and ensure delivery on time;

2、Work with logistic team for the material shipment and receiving, and with Finance team for the payment and account issues;

3、Drive supplier on time delivery and material lead time reduction;

4、Support engineering team for the quick turnaround of purchasing materials to achieve the fast realization of new products at the managed lowest cost;

5、Negotiate with supplier for price and T&C improvement to meet the company annual objective;

6、Data maintenance in ERP system (item/vendor creation/maintenance);

7、Reduce E&O and improve inventory turns.

Requirements:
1、Junior college or above of supply chain, international business and trade is preferred, others like engineering background could be considered as well but may require more working experience or professional trainings and certificates;

2、Minimum 2 yrs experience as a buyer in a similar multinational company;

3、Hands on experience with the ERP system, like SAP, Oracle and Info;

4、Strong communication and coordination skill to work with cross functional team;

5、Good negotiation skill for price and T&C negotiation with supplier;

6、Experiences in battery and power company is a plus.
