Responsibilities:
1. Manage defective goods
Support to solve the customer’s complain on our products and after-sales service
Make statistic report of defective goods rate by sales channel
Understand the domestic & international quality standard to solve quality issues

2. Production follow-up
Input the dat into system (esp. PO, RPO etc) according to sales order
Inform warehouse about shipment information
Arrange trims of bulk production
Arrange production specification sheet for E-commerce channel
Assist to manage production & delivery calendar & lead time by keeping in touch with factories/vendors

3. Others department responsibility
Responsible for custom clearance
Resolve issues related to production tracking
Ensure the vendors to obey our QA process
Track the vendor payment by contracts

Requirements
? At least bachelor degree
? At least 1-year experience in QC/Sourcing function in apparel industry
? Good at Japanese esp written and read, have English ability is a plus
? Understand fabric, textile knowledge and have a sense of production/QC process
? Strong communications skills
? Good at Microsoft office
