岗位职责
1、按照领班安排认真做好桌椅、餐厅卫生,餐厅铺台,准备好各种用品,确保正常营业使用;
2、接待顾客应主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到,使顾客有宾至如归之感;
3、运用礼貌语言,为客人提供最佳服务;
4、善于向顾客介绍和推销本餐厅饮品及特色菜点;
5、配合领班工作,服从领班或以上领导指挥,团结及善于帮助同事工作;
6、积极参加培训,不断提高服务技能。
任职资格
1、年龄18-35岁,身体健康,女性身高1.58m以上、男性身高1.70以上,能吃苦;
2、品行端正,能吃苦耐劳,初中以上文化程度。

“Meal of Chinese palatial mansion” gained its popularity in the late Qing Dynasty.
在民国初年,北京出名的《官府菜》有三大家,一为军界的“段家菜”,二为银行界的“任家菜”,三为财政界的“王家菜”。当时人称“私家名厨,实胜于菜馆”。随着“谭家菜”逐渐流入社会,越来越多的人被其独具一格的美味所吸引,“谭家菜”于是名声大噪,味压群芳,流传百余年。
In the early of the Republic of China, there were three household names for “Palatial Cuisine”. One was Duan cuisine, which was mainly served for the military. The second was Ren cuisine for banking circles. The third was Wang cuisine for financial and political circles. It was said these three types of cuisine were even better done than most of the restaurants. As Tan cuisine gradually caught up in society, more and more people were amazed at its unique taste. Thus Tan cuisine made its name renowned and since then, it has been popular for hundreds of years.
