1、Position Description

（1）、Life science product line management (40%)

a. Secure continuous business success; actively support sales to reach goals

b. Develop product roadmap

c. Define user and market needs and work closely together with R&D to develop new products

d. Manage product launches

e. Develop and drive implementation of successful nation-wide or local marketing campaigns

f. Position products, develop sales tools, and drive revenue growth together with territory executives and distributors

（2）、Technical application support (40%)

g. Respond to customers' inquiries regarding the proper use of products over the phone or in written manners.

h. Resolve customers' complaints of a technical nature.

i. Serve as a customer liaison and being responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.

（3）、Key account management (20%)

j. Ongoing care and support of key accounts business, including monitoring customer satisfaction, competitor activity with key clients, new customer needs and sales support materials

2、Position Requirement

（1）、Scientific master or above degree preferred, in relevant discipline (molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysical, etc.)

（2）、No previous relevant working experience is compulsory but desired

（3）、General knowledge and hands-on experience of molecular biology, protein analysis are necessary

（4）、General knowledge and hands-on experience of cell culture and cell-based functional analysis is preferred

（5）、General knowledge and hands-on experience of bioinformatics is a plus

3、 Personal Requirement

a) Good analytical and problem solving skills

b) Ability to manage both, complex personal tasks and team work

c) Good command of communication and presentation skills;

d) Fluent written and spoken English
