岗位职责：

1.掌握国家颁布的财经法律、法规、政策、条例和上级有关主管部门制定的财会制度、规定及管理办法，结合公司实际，组织制定其内部的财会规章制度，并负责贯彻实施；

2.组织财会人员做好会计核算工作，充分发挥会计工作的核算和监督作用，审查对外提供的会计资料；

3.研究掌握国家财政、金融、会计、税收等相关政策，组织分析公司投资项目的财务状况，在公司经营管理决策中，当好领导的参谋和助手；

4.负责在财务核算与管理工作过程中与银行、税务、会计师事务所等相关机构部门的沟通协调；

任职条件：

1.全日制大学本科以上学历，会计学相关专业，具备中级以上职称，具备注册会计师资格者优先；

2.五年以上财务工作经历；

3.熟悉金融政策、财税法律法规，全面掌握财务管理知识；

4.英语良好者优先。

Lallemand Animal Nutrition is a division of Lallemand Inc. dedicated to the development,　production, and marketing of profitable, natural and differentiated solutions for animal nutrition and health.


We are looking for
 
Technical Support & Sales Managers for Animal Feeds Additives market, including Monogastric, Ruminant, and Aquaculture, who support the technical and commercial development of Lallemand Animal Nutrition’s solutions (probiotics yeast & bacteria, yeast derivatives) for ruminant, monogastric, or aquaculture in China.


Main Functions
Support business by providing field support and technical training to our distributors and clients
Organize and oversee trials for validation of current and new products, liaising with independent consulting nutritionists
Co-ordinate technical support within specific application areas with final aim to increase sales
Help our distributors to develop business

Required qualifications
Preferably candidates will have a degree (M.S., Ph.D. or DVM preferred) in animal science, veterinary medicine, nutrition or a related field and at least 5 years in a similar position (feed, premix, feed additives)
or as a technical consultant.
Relevant technical and commercial experience with similar products and markets
Well connected with key influencers
Strong communication skills (oral, presentation, written) with the ability to relate to customers, nutritionists and field sales staff
Fluent English and willing to improve it
