职位描述
工作岗位：总监助理 / 经理助理
岗位职责：
1、协助管理完整的项目，从开始到结束
2、协助管理项目，并对项目结果负责
3、与项目发起人和利益相关者一起完成项目章程，列出项目范围、目标、成果、所需资源、预算和时间安排
4、完成工作分解，估算每项任务所需要的投入
5、提供项目进度安排，确定各项任务的执行时间
6、解决整个项目生命周期中出现的问题
7、有效管理项目范围，确保任何涉及项目范围的变更都有记录并且获得批准
8、跟踪并汇报项目里程碑，向管理层汇报项目状态
9、确保项目完成后所有项目文档都妥善存档

1、英语流利，能作为工作语言
2、积极性高，沟通能力强
3、出色的组织能力，注重细节，考虑周全
4、具有较强的IT行业技术背景或项目管理背景
5、具有开发和推广新产品的经验

Job Title: Director Assistant / Manager Assistant
Job Duties:
1、Help to manage project from initiation to closure
2、Be accountable for project results along with management
3、Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
4、Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
5、Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
6、Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
7、Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
8、Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management
9、Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion
Skills/Qualifications:
1、Fluent in English, can be used as the working language
2、Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
3、Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and thorough
4、Strong technical or project management background in IT industry
5、Experience with defining and delivering a new product to market
6、Strong leadership and motivational skills, responsive and flexible
7、Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
8、Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
