Main Role

Assist legal head to manage legal related things to guild company legal standard and supply legal support;

Manager office admin work to ensure company admin operation in order and tidy.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Legal Side:

• Preparing and Assisting legal reports;
• Managing the Company legal documents;
• Contacting external lawyers for regular invoice and payment issues;
• Coordinating execution of legal documents;
• Processing or editing all sorts of legal documents;
• File legal Contracts and other documents;
• Other work which might be assigned from time to time.

Reception Side:

• Receive visits and telephone/tax;
• Delivery and receive courier;
• Arrange meeting room;
• Manager office supplies (stationary, water etc);
• Check admin cost (Courier, cleaner, stationary, travel agency etc.) and prepare payment;
• Check attendance record and report timely;
• Support to conduct company activities;
• Support to complete line manager's assignment about Finance related report.

Required Experience & Skills

• Education: Junior College Degree or above level, major in law
• Good communication skills bilingually in both written and oral;
• Excellent Team-player;
• Fast learner;
• Details and result oriented;
• Fluency in Microsoft excel & Word & power point is a must;
• Fluent English both in writing and speaking;
• Good communication skills
