主要工作职责/Main Responsibility：

1. 负责总装车间工艺文件的维护，执行，培训和监督。Responsible for the maintenance, implementation, training and supervision of the process documents in assembly workshop.

2. 负责所属区域的工艺文件制作和更新（SWI，部分WI，JES，SPL）。Responsible for creation and update of the process documents in the respective area.

3. 负责年度车型总装相关工艺文件的维护和培训。Responsible for the maintenance and training of the process documents for the model year.

4. 负责所属区域辅料用量的确定和监督。Responsible for the definition and supervision of consumable dosage in the respective area.

5. 负责所属区域内工位工具清单的维护和更新，负责新增工具的批准。Responsible for the maintenance and updating of the tool lists, and in charge of the approval of new tools in the respective area.

6. 负责所属区域内的工艺优化。Responsible for process optimization in the respective area.

7. 负责区域内变更执行程序（ECC、CN、TDAA）。Responsible for the program of execution based on changes(ECC、CN、TDAA).

8. 负责区域内试装执行程序。Responsible for procedure of the try out in the respective area.

9. 负责执行工艺流程检查。Responsible for the implementation of the LPA.

10. 对员工进行工艺知识，产品知识培训。Process and product knowledge training for employees.

11. 负责所属区域内生产设备的监控，必要时协调维修车间对生产设备故障进行排除。Responsible for the monitoring of the production equipment in the respective area, if necessary, coordinate the maintenance workshop to the exclusion of production equipment problems.

12. 完成经理，助理经理及工艺组长或质量组长安排的工作。Implement temporary assignments from shop manager，assistant manager，the quality control supervisor and the process supervisor.

13. 向工艺组长，质量组长汇报工作。Report work to the process supervisor and the quality control supervisor.

任职条件/Requirement：

1. 具有总装工艺工程师经验，熟悉汽车零部件质量控制流程，熟悉汽车生产相关流程。熟悉车辆电器。Be experienced in assembly process engineer, very familiar with automobile parts quality control process, and familiar with automobile production process. Have good knowledge on E/E.

2. 工作思路清晰，熟悉问题分析解决流程 。Very clear in mind on working, familiar with problem solving process.

3. 语言表达能力良好，英语交流顺畅。Good language express ability, good English communication capability.

4. 能够适应加班。Be capable of working over time.
