这个职位需要您了解Motion graphic的真正奥义，最基本的就是它和FLASH“动画”之间的区别；并且能给我们看到您在这个方面的出色表现。我们对能独立完成作品的设计师，和善于配合或者领导团队完成作品的设计师都同样的器重。小满设计崇尚设计中自由平等、诚实认真的精神，也会为拥有同样精神的设计师提供很好的工作环境和平台。您在这里的工作并不是蜡炬成灰之后变成一个什么品牌背后的影子，而会成为点亮我们的光芒。
对于Motion grapher这个岗位，工作与否并不是判断您是否合格的标准，学历也不是。请您在投递简历时附上您的作品，以30秒到60秒的区间为宜。如果您是动画专业，毕业作品是完整的动画，我们也同样欢迎。如果您也同时能够熟练操作3D软件，MAYA，或者Cinema 4D，我们会优先考虑。
Lesser Fullness Design is a multi-discipline studio. As a motion grapher here, your job is tough (I mean your boss is funny, but extremely tricky). We only want the designer who is cool, smart, and effective. If you only treat your degree or major as a tool for catching a job and won't pay too much to pursue it, then please pass us. We love working with designers who value DESIGN as seriously as we do here. Please be noted that we won't just judge a candidate with the "attitude" or you actually a "freak", we understand best designers are all insane people. Try us, you won't regret.
