我们正在寻找热衷于低模建模的3D建模师在我们的北京办公室工作，帮助happylatte成为成为在智能手机领域第一个也是真正意义上的原创游戏缔造者。你的工作将涉及从新游戏和功能开发到与团队合作一起将最终产品推向市场的各个方面。我们将会提供你完成任务所需要的所有技术及设备.
工作职责：
- 与概念设计师，动画师，制作人一起紧密合作来讨论新的游戏资产。
- 理解和创造效能平衡的游戏资产。
- 利用智能手机的广泛应用和图形处理优势，设计新的3D角色，道具和环境。
- 探索移动平台的3D引擎－了解移动引擎的优劣，并使我们从其中获得的价值最大化。
- 通过会议或一对一的形式帮助团队成长，提高工作效率。
任职要求：
- 工作经验：1～2年的工作经验. 热衷于简单的低模建模
- 独到的眼光 － 你懂得如何在多边形的限制下做得更多，多到不能再多。
- 美学 － 总能挑出最优美的曲线，并且为别人看不出来这点而不快。
- 沟通 － 你深知每个人都不一样，但是你了解他们的需求并且也知道如何与他们一起工作。
- 拥有成功的案例 – 你的作品已经被成千上万的人认可, 使用过 。

3D Artist - Low Poly
We are looking for super-efficient 3D artists that have high aspirations for low poly modeling to work in Beijing and help Happylatte become the first company that creates the first, truly "killer game" for mobile devices. Your work will involve every aspect from development of new games and features to collaboration with the team on shipping the final product. You will be equipped with whatever other technology you need to accomplish this mission.
About the job
- WORK closely with concept artists, animators, and producers to discuss new game assets
- DEVELOP and understanding of the balance between expressive appearance and low-poly geometry
- BUILD new 3D characters, props, and environments that leverage smartphones' scale and graphics capabilities
- EXPLORE mobile 3D engines — their strengths and weaknesses, and maximize the value we can get out of them
- CONTRIBUTE back to the team with sessions or one-on-ones to help the team grow and improve efficiency
About You
- EXPERIENCE — 1-2 years experience — bonus if you are seduced by simplicity and low poly counts!
- MAGICIAN'S EYE — you know how to make the most of limited geometry — and no one will be the wiser
- AESTHETICS — you know a good curve from a bad one — and you really hate it when people can't tell the difference
- COMMUNICATION — everyone isn't like you, and you know that — but you know their needs and how to work with them
- HAS SHIPPED — your work has has been rigged, shipped, and used — by millions of people
Understanding and interests:
- TECHNOLOGY — it's a modern beast of burden, but it gets cracking under your whip — and you know when to look elsewhere
- DETAILS — from rounded corners to bevel cuts and mathematical ratios, you know the ones that are important from the ones that aren't
