Overview :
The VP, Technology is responsible for leading DHgate’s Infrastructure technology and research efforts in R&D Center. That includes search technologies, recommender technologies, big data technologies, API and machine learning. This position will develop and execute the technology roadmap and support the engineering goals with infrastructure support. The position requires working closely with Engineering and end user to guide the development of new products, the support and maintenance of existing products, and the collaboration with partners and strategic customers to define market needs.

Scope of Position and Key Responsibilities:
?Leading development and research efforts in search technologies, recommender technologies, big data technologies, API and machine learning etc.
?Understand the current platform(s) evolving goals and translate them into a maintainable, defensible, differentiated infrastructure roadmap
?Oversee development and delivery of feature components with focus on consistent process and highest level of quality
?Work with Operations to improve on development, testing and production infrastructures.
?Continuous improvements on communications with staff and management on business and organizational goals
?Monitoring industry evolutions in responsible areas , strategic thinking on the possible application.

Requirements:
?A proven track record of progressive management experience.
?Master Degree or above on Computer Science or relevant subjects.
?10+ years of software development or research experience.
?5+ years of experience on Data or Search related areas.

任职要求:
?有先进的管理经验
?计算机或相关专业硕士及以上学历
?10年以上软件开发或研究经验
