Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish SOPs, rules and policies to meet CIRC and LSH Group requirements in order to control operational risks

2. Monitor and audit Branches/POS to ensure business actions strictly abiding CIRC regulations and LSH Group requirements

3. CIRC reporting, CIRC on-site inspection and other inquiries from relevant regulatory bodies.

4. Conduct compliance training

5. Update compliance risk assessment on periodical basis; Prepare compliance tracker for continuous reporting on compliance risks, issues and actions to the management.

6. Provide the pro-active and consultative advisory services to staff on compliance related issues.

7. Provide to management the updates of applicable law and regulations related to compliance

Degree: Bachelor and above

Major: Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Law

Related Working Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in compliance, internal audit and control, and risk management

Specialized Knowledge:

1.Insurance product and operations of insurance industry knowledge in China, a plus

2.Operations of Auto industry, a plus

3.Experience in the area of anti-corruption and corporate social responsibility, a plus.
