职位描述
Purpose of this job:
Be responsible for the design, execution and development of compensation and benefits system (incl. pay, rewarding, benefits, C&B programs, policies and practices).
Responsible for talent development functions including planning, implementation, and administration of related programs / activities.
Primary/Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Mgmt :
· Be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of company’s compensation system, policies, process and practices.
· Prepares job descriptions manual, conducts job evaluation and salary surveys, establishes salary structures and pay scale, develops salary budgets and prepares policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
· Maintains a working knowledge of governmental legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies.
· Be responsible for the design and administration of incentive, bonus and award plans/programs to attract and retain employees.
· Recognizes emerging problems/issues,performs analysis and provides consultancy to mgmt.
Benefits Mgmt:
· Be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of company’s benefits programs including vacation, holiday, time off, sick pay, unemployment, retirement plans, disability, group health/medical/dental coverage, and life insurance.
· Develops and maintains company benefits plans and proposed changes according to governmental legislation with regard to trends, practices and costs.
· Enhance expatriates benefits administration.
Training and developmentMgmt:
· Assist in the development of learning and development policies based on LSH competency model.
· To assistant HR manager to develop and manage the training program and team building work
· To assist in implementation of program/initiatives launched by corporate HR
Additional responsibilities:
· Support HR team on other HR related tasks when required
Degree/Diploma:
Degree: Bachelor
Related Working Experience:
Minimum 5 years C&B, training and development experience in international environment;
Specialized Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a service oriented attitude
Good knowledge on general HR process, Labor Law, other local Labor policies and procedures.
Team player with initiative, proactive.
Good command of written and spoken English / Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
