职位描述
Purpose
To: Provide guidance to China office and Head office on product, TA selection and assisting them in building in house capabilities for all medical marketing and scientific training requirements.
Within: Company guidelines, country regulations, and Pharmaceutical best practices
With the objective of: To ensure consistent compliance in action with Dr. Reddy's ethics and promotional code of conduct. Building strong and differentiated product pipeline. To ensure that professional relations with the local key opinion leaders are made, maintained and opinions seeked at various scientific platforms.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
1. MBBS and MD with relevant experience in medical marketing is essential & experience in clinical trials, regulatory would be additional.
2. Min 5 years experience in Medical marketing with a reputed Pharma company in China
3. English- Reading, writing (Medical terminology) and speaking.
Business Understanding
Should understand the business model and strategies in branded generics, generics business in China.
1 Portfolio Development
Identify and ideate various differentiated molecules or their formulations that can be potentially developed or acquired. Conduct product evaluation for in-licensing (IL) and business development (BD) deals, review efficacy & safety of a product; suggest modifications considering Pros & Cons based on the evaluations. (50%)
2 Clinical Regulatory Strategy
Work closely with the local, HO regulatory team to formulate the clinical regulatory strategy for selected products. (10%)
3 Key Opinion Leader Management
Guide country teams in process of identification, profiling and stratification of Key Opinion Leaders. Make panel of opinion leaders in key therapy areas, conduct KOL meetings, take their assistance in identifying unmet medical needs, differentiated products, and also getting inputs on medical marketing activities. Take their inputs in consolidating the medico marketing inputs in product selection.
In order to ensure that the key opinion leaders are involved in the local country strategy of product selection. (10%)
4 Medical Marketing Guidance
Ensure a smooth product launch, promotion plan with accuracy in targeting and brand positioning. Exploring and identifying correct market space based on medical criteria. In consensus with the Marketing team, decide & review on a timely basis, the medico marketing plan for China. Suggest improvements in the medico marketing plan on a timely basis. Assist medical and marketing colleagues in Symposia, Conferences and CME topics and speakers. Respond to queries from customers and have an over sight of multichannel and digital marketing.
In order to ensure that all the medical marketing plans are scientifically correct and offer a competitive advantage against other companies.
To conduct training programs on Medical products to teams. To provide regular reading and training material for enhancing knowledge and scientific acumen. Also, to involve newer media and technology to make the training programs more effective and economical.
