职位描述
Objective of job
1) Implement the whole processes of contract management including contract drafting, contract negotiation, contract signing and filing, contract extension, renewal and termination to guarantee a smooth operation of the company
2) Fulfill Compliance requirements incl. FCPA, SOA and other Compliance issues from HQ and LCM
3) Ensure sales transactions with BGP and other required G-customers strictly fulfill the MCP requirements and have proper documentation
4) Coordinate the policy yearly review within the company
Task designation
1 Implement the whole processes of contract management
- Draft and complete contracts upon business units’ requirements, F&C and other related departments’ comments
- Support legal counsel to have the comprehensive business understandings of contracts and ensure all contracts are released by legal counsel
- Lead the contract signing process according to the company policies
- Maintain the contract database and tracking list timely and precisely
- Follow up and monitor contracts concerning extension, renewal, termination in line with contract terms and business requirements
- Conduct the contracts filing in line with the company policies
- Support to L-Contracts System led by legal department and fulfil all requirements
2 Fulfil all the Compliance requirements
- Implement FCPA strictly according to the designed execution plan and control design with completed and convincing documentation
- Implement FCPA self assessment and fulfil all requirements from HQ and LCM regarding FCPA issues within the timeline.
- Implement and complete SOA within the agreed timeline and consolidate SOA documentation within IE department
- Coordinate and execute other Compliance activities required by HQ and LCM
3 Guarantee the MCP process
- Ensure all MCP cases are signed off timely with proper documentation
- Coordinate with BU to safeguard business with BGP strictly adhere to the process required by HQ and approved by the Management
- Notify BU for review and fulfil all conditions and recommendations in the LCM Evaluation Form
- Monitor the discrepancy between actual sales volume and MCP approved value and keep proper documentation
- Inform LCM the discrepancy information of BGP transaction before contract signing
4 Policy yearly review
- Coordinate DPTS policy yearly review to ensure the review is completed within the timeline
- Coordinate and support on the other requirements related to the policies
Qualification required
o Education
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Legal/ Logistics / International Business
o Experience (type of)
Working experience in Business Administration, preferably automotive industry/ International Business / Legal area.
Solid working experience in a multi-national corporate environment.
o Specific knowledge
Good command of written and spoken English, detail-oriented, knowledge of legal aspects would be advantageous
