Position Summary: We are currently seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our China based lottery and gaming business (Scientific Games China). The successful candidates will receive intensive training in lottery marketing, sales and operations, and be assigned to cover one or more Provinces. The position is based Beijing or selected province and requires frequent travel.

Targeted Career Profile
? Bachelors Degree – Marketing or Business related degree ; MBA a plus
? 4+ years progressive sales and marketing experience in the lottery or gaming industry
o OR - 4 + years advertising account management experience with fast moving consumer goods client base
o OR – 4+ years channel or category management experience with fast moving consumer product companies (snack foods, tobacco, beverages, household goods, consumer electronics)




? Previous experience working in a regulatory environment where the government is the primary customer is a plus
? Possesses strong analytical and communication skills; able to define situations, seek alternatives and be persuasive
? Skilled at building creditability and managing complex sales relationships with provincial governments and retailers
? Innovative problem solver with demonstrated creativity to drive revenues through identifying and executing programs in product, promotion, pricing and point of sale
? Has keen understanding of consumer insights and translating those insights into viable sales and marketing plans in targeted territory
? Manage opportunity pipeline and report to progress on key projects to senior leadership
? Develop short term and long term goals/projections with regard to potential and expected revenue
? Strong business ethics and integrity are a must
? Conversational English required
