Job responsibilities
Your mission is to grow the sales on the Chinese market. Customers include large hotels, restaurants as well as office buildings. In co-operation with the head office in Sweden you create the sales and marketing plans for your market that you then implement with direct sales and through channel sales/ distributors.
? Participating in sales meetings
? Sales proposals/quotations release, products presentation
? Projects activity follow up and monitoring
? Dealing with sales orders and providing technical support to customers
? Educating the potential partners
? Supporting distributors in selling the Tovenco solution
? Development & support of agents sales as well as keeping long term and consolidate relations with direct customers and agents
? Preparation of weekly and monthly business reporting
? Extensive travelling is needed
Qualifications
? Mechanical/Electrical Engineering graduate or similar, University or similar degree
? 5+ years of relevant experience from B2B sales
? Experience from selling Large Kitchen Equipment solutions or HVAC or environmental technology solutions is a merit
? Practical experience from both Chinese and western business culture
? Excellent organizational, presentation, listening, and communication skills
? Ability to negotiate successfully, positive attitude and self-confidence
? Advanced language skills, written and spoken, in Chinese and English
? Team oriented, self-motivated and target oriented

Nature and aim of the position
Global Blue manages Customer Services and related operations through two service centres; Bratislava in Europe and Singapore for the Asia Pacific region. Global Blue has a strategic aim to enroll members and therefore we need to support this strategy in the major enrolment countries.
The position holder will be based in Beijing with a report line into Slovakia, Europe.
The position will require occasional travel within China to meet suppliers and distribution partners and to Singapore or Slovakia for internal meetings.
The positions main aims:
- The link between the service centre operations and the enrolment partners in China
- Ensuring the membership enrolment logistics operation in China is in place
- Dealing with escalations related to enrolment, supply, production of membership collateral in China
- Handling the manual data entry requirements linked to enrolment
