职位介绍
1、 负责国内外货物接收；
2、 负责发放货物的跟踪落实，及时反馈、解决在跟踪落实过程中存在的各类问题，确保货物按时送达。跟踪货物清关进程直至送达；
3、 负责确保各单货运正确、完整的单据并跟踪物流增值税的支付情况；
4、 负责仓库管理，并记录跟踪货运、供应、运送全过程；
5、 管理、计划送货服务；为顾客提供提供高效的库存、取货、运送信息
6、 处理货物保养工作；
7、 工作时间为周一至周五；工作地点：蓝色港湾。

任职资格
1、物流类相关专业、3年以上物流相关领域工作经验，有外资企业物流工作经历者优先；
2、熟悉物流管理、供应链管理的相关流程及知识，熟悉计算机、办公软件知识；
3、责任心强，诚信、细致，有较强的团队合作意识；具备良好的计划、管理、沟通和协调能力；
4、有物流相关资质证书者优先考虑。

Logistics Executive
Job Description
Organize the receiving and storage of goods from overseas and local suppliers.
Track progress of shipments, coordinate the handling of local logistics problems and risks, alarm and, ensure logistics delivery schedule as planned. Track the progress of the clearance of goods until delivery
Account for a complete and accurate closure of all job paperwork issued against shipping orders including logistics Vat payment tracking.
Manage warehouse and responsible for maintaining records of all shipment, supply and delivery logs
Manage & schedule customer delivery; provide an efficient service operation for customers who request
installation, picking and/or delivery of product.
Handle maintenance of products
5 day week. Location : Solana.


Requirements:
· Knowledge of the logistics industry, more than 3 years work experience;
· Familiar with the shipping/freight forwarder , warehouse management and logistics business processes; familiar with computers and office software;
· Serious and responsible work, good communication skills; have some planning, organization, coordination and team spirit; positive work attitude, coordination and communication ability;
· Logistics and/or related qualification is preferable
