职位描述
1. Understand each client’s product/service as well as the competitive landscape as it applies to search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)
2. Develop a clear SEO and SEM strategy to achieve client goals and objectives through the customization of campaign strategies
3. Hold responsibility for working effectiveness / efficiencies to guide your team to excellence in delivery (measured by internal and external client satisfaction and client retention)
4. Ensure that each client with paid search campaigns and organic search projects receives excellent results and service
5. Deliver effective presentations at client site (some travel required)
6. Train team on search engine marketing and optimization industry changes and their resulting process changes
7. Maintain a 80% renewal rate for existing clients and identify new and up-selling business opportunities for those accounts
8. Achieve the quarterly NEW business revenue target set forth by the Director, Search Engine Marketing and Optimization
9. Demonstrate an appetite to work with all isobar offices and with other agencies within our network for mutual growth and benefit
10. Demonstrate an infectious enthusiasm for isobar brand and company vision.
1. At least 2 years previous experience in search marketing, preferably in a multi-channel environment. Must include prior experience with both keyword search and site optimization.
2. Demonstrated experience with search engine marketing and optimization tactics, bid management rules and search data-driven analysis and strategy.
3. Tenacity and the ability to grasp and convey an understanding of the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
4. Outstanding analytical skills, extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English; problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work and lead cross-functionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
6. Ability to manage client relations including handling difficult client situations to optimal results for both the client and the company
7. Excellent software skills, including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience
9. Must be flexible, highly motivated and able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
10. An ability to think innovatively and creatively
11. Positive “can-do” attitude
