职位描述：

1.协助资深顾问为客户提供专业的置业咨询；

2.维护协调客户方、业主及供应商之间的关系；

3.收发客户邮件，并对问题进行及时处理；

4.处理相关售后事宜，提高客户满意度；

5.定期向资深顾问进行工作汇报。

岗位要求：

1.英语专业大专以上学历，口语及书面英语熟练；

2.熟练操作MS Office 办公软件。

3.具有良好的沟通协调能力，有较高的工作热情，能承受一定的工作压力。

4.思维敏捷，处理事情能力强,能适应弹性工作时间。
