- Deal with daily work including correspondence and telephone handling
Input, maintain and update all data into database to ensure database is current
- Ensure all "coding Sheet" and data are kept in good filling system
- Optimize all channels and sources of information
- Assist in all kind of administration matters as and when needed
- Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency
工作职责：

1. 处理工作包括日常信件和电话，维护和更新所有数据到数据库，以确保数据库的更新
2. 确保所有的表格和数据保存在系统中
3. 探索获取人才信息的新途径，并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率
4. 在需要的时候 协助各类行政事务
5. 优化信息获取渠道，诸如网络，商会组织，社交网站等


Good command of PC skills and proficient in MS
Good personality and communication skill
Speed in typing both English and Chinese
Good team player
Wiling to learn, quick learner, open and smart
Pay attention to detail
Fresh graduates are most welcome
