工作职责：
1. 负责电子商务网站整体运营，提高品牌影响力和成交量；
2. 负责公司网站及各合作商家整体设计规划和运营推广指导，制定和实施网络营销推广发展规划，并做统筹控制；
3. 负责行业相关数据的分析、总结，网站营运费用及预算管理、执行。
职位需求：
1. 本科或以上学历。电子商务、营销相关专业尤佳；
2. 策划及沟通能力强，有一定数据分析能力和文字功底；
3. 熟悉电子商务平台（特别是公司独立商城网站）运作流程与规则；
4. 有大型企业网站成功电子商务、网站运营管理案例，相关经验3年以上工作背景者优先考虑；
5. 很强的创新和执行、领导能力，以结果为导向，有团队合作精神。
