Position summary: Develop and direct company`s corporate sales marketing strategy and plans. Provide consultancy and deliver RIB construction business solution software to the target clients.


Role responsibilities:

l Involved in all sales activities; present at client meetings/marketing events and participate in all business development conference.

l Overall responsibility for the scheduling, planning & tracking, risk management and all other activities of the project through its entire life cycle, delivering profit and total customer satisfaction.

l Build and maintain excellent customer relationships within executive and C-levels.

l Research competitive activities with respect to change in products, services, pricing or marketing strategies by rivals and environment within the region.

l Provide a pre-sales consultancy service by understanding and accurately interpreting client requirements and business conditions in order to make appropriate recommendations

l Devise project implementation plans; define and implement complex integrated solutions; efficiently manage the implementation of RIB software business solutions.


Qualification & Experience

Bachelor degree or above with major in Civil Engineering/Computer Science or industry related discipline.
At least 5 years ERP project management and implementation experience, In-depth knowledge of project management methodology.
Selling experiences with IT solution, target industry in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) would be great advantage
