初级土建工程师 / Junior Onsite Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Support of a waste plant construction on site.
2.Support the civil engineering and pipe design, review the design and recommend modifications to optimize the resources;
4.Support the subcontractor’s civil construction schedule and pipe installation schedule; respon sible for controlling the civil work and pipe installation process to ensure the work to be comp leted on time, within budget and to specifications.
5.Review and monitor manpower schedule and projection, material & equipment delivery schedule sub mitted by contractor;
6.Monitoring and documentation of the onsite civil activities and report to relevant people.
7.Active Communication and Coordination between the project owner on site, the subcontractor and our team (foreign and local).
8.Commissioning with the subcontractor and project owner.

Requirements:
1.University degree or above, major in architecture, civil engineering, building engineering or related major;
2.Knowledge in design change and plant configuration control processes;
3.At least 1 years of related work experience,also consider the outstanding graduates ;
4.Strong ability to see details and solve onsite problems with your practical experience.
5.Proficiency in working with detailed engineering design, GB, NY Chinese industrial standard.
6.You may have worked with European/Japanese companies.
7.Good communication skills and of Chinese and English is a must! German is a plus.
8.Mobility to travel and stay on construction sites for 6 month but with each month weekend retu rns.
9.Construction licenses would a plus.

岗位职责：
1、技术支持废物处理厂建设现场。
2、施工过程中，负责土建施工质量、进度和成本的控制，解决施工中出现的具体专业技术问题；
3、协调业主、施工单位和监理单位之间以及与其他各专业之间的关系；
4、部门主管交办的其他事宜。
任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，建筑、工民建、土木工程类相关专业；
2、1年以上土建相关领域施工工作经验，优秀的应界毕业生也可考虑；
3、熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉土建类施工图、施工管理和有关土建的施工规范及要求，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范及市政配套等基本建设程序；
4、熟悉施工现场工作流程和环节，了解市场工程造价信息及材料信息；
5、具有良好的技术英语水平和计算机操作能力，熟练使用CAD制图，富有责任心、事业心及团队合作精神。
