Key Responsibilities:

1.及时接听、转接来电；
2.来客登记、接待；
3.收发邮件，及时发送相关人并做好签收记录；
4.订购、管理办公用品，并辅助财务做好相关付款安排；
5.办公设备的日常维护，消耗品订购；
6.根据项目经理的安排通过指定票务代理商订购火车票，飞机票，预定酒店；与协议酒店的日常沟通；
7.印刷名片；
8.会议安排，做好会前准备，会议记录和会后整理工作；
9.公司活动组织安排工作。

Requirement:

1、女,文秘、行政管理、英语及相关专业大专以上学历；有一定英文读写能力。
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗乐观、积极向上，待人热诚；
5、熟练使用相关办公软件。
