Provide training to supplier in FMEA, control plan,lean manufacture 为供应商提供有 关FMEA,控制计划，及精益生产的相关培训

Be responsible for the first article inspection of new purchased items and release the parts to production

Monitor Supplier Quality Performance (SPM) and drive for continuous improvement. Carrying out supplier audit and coaching.

Support Production department daily production and get nonconforming materials resolved timely for line down case.

Maintain quality system for supplier quality assurance related

Fully understand company quality directives and quality standards and introduce all those into suppliers

Qualification required:

Can be understand the mechanical rawing 看的懂机械图纸，熟悉制造类生产流程，质量控制过程
Good knowledge on plating or paiting process is priority 熟悉电镀，喷漆等表面处理过程优先 IWE welding quality engineer certification is priority 具有IWE焊接质量工程师资质的优先
Quality managment system internal auditor cetification is priority 具有质量体系内审员资质的优先
Major: Welding; material treatment; mechanical..etc 专业：焊接优先；材料处理优先；机械制造相关专业
Good English or German on reading and writing. potential capacity on listioning and speaking
