-熟悉操作手机游戏制作相关软件；
-最好有cocosstudio的使用经验和其他手机动画制作经验，并能和程序有效沟通；
-熟练使用flash，熟悉欧美画风，有成功上线作品；
-懂得相关手机游戏制作流程；
-原画设计方面有一定经验；
-沟通协作能力强，细心严谨
